Iconic Artist Management ( I AM) is an organisation for artists that are great enough or can be great enough to make it in the music industry either as a performer or writer or even both!
We develop our artists to a high enough standard through recording full song productions, full music video productions and photography creating the best image and styling in the music industry
All Artists that choose to work with us are signed to a yearly contract and will vary depending on the deal that is negotiated
For example, as and when our budget dictates, if an artist is chosen and Iconic are investing 100% of our time and money then the percentage clause for any possible future deal will be higher. If an artist is contributing to their development, then the percentage of any future deal will be lower
Our Team of people are affiliated with all major labels and independent labels with the best track record in the industry for developing and placing artists
Iconic specialises in creating a one to one programme for singer/songwriter/performers to develop and improve their vocal and performance skills with complete focus on their image and styling, song writing and recording whilst producing the best songs, singles, albums and music video production
Our Artists work with Gareth Young building fantastic tracks from beginning to end
